Pieter Ferreira Rosé Extra Brut is a Cap Classique made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The Pinot Noir was selected from various sites from Durbanville and Darling regions. A combination of sites consisting of decomposed granite weathered shales. Aged on lees for 6 years. Residual sugar: 4.2g/l. Bottled at 12.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: This release offers wonderful balance, ripe fruit some perfume and restraint. A delicate floral perfume in the glass before offering pomegranate and cherries with a hint of summer fruits. Refreshing acidity and smooth bubbles make this particularly food-friendly.

Palate: Delicate yeasty tones, layered with red berry fruit fills the palate with complexity. Great vibrant mouth-feel with creamy texture.

Finish: A layered, intriguing, lingering finish.
